Percentage change in environmental impacts for different diet scenarios worldwide in 2030. Environmental impacts were estimated using a model that combines regional food consumption, production and country-specific environmental footprints for greenhouse gas emissions, cropland use, freshwater use, and nitrogen and phosphorus application, taking into account trade, feed, and processing of primary commodities.
