QTL(t) and QTL(t|t − 1) represent unconditional and conditional QTLs at stage t, respectively. ti indicates various developmental stages 7 days apart. Sign “–” indicates descending plant height due to alleles from donors. Superscripts “* and **” indicate significance at the 5% and 1% levels, respectively.
