Evaluation of the locomotor activity of mice in an open-field (OF) task. Locomotion impairment was indicated by a significant decrease in the total path length. The values of the BVD_non-GVS group were lower than those of the control group on PODs 3 (p < 0.001, Bonferroni test), 7 (p < 0.001, Bonferroni test), and 14 (p < 0.001, Bonferroni test). GVS improved the total path length during OF activity on PODs 7 (p = 0.031, LSD test) and 14 (p = 0.027, LSD test) (A). The percentage of time spent in the outer zone, which is an indicator of anxiety, did not differ among the three groups (B). Values are indicated as the mean ± SD.
