Table 9.

Biosynthesis of PHA by B. cepacia JC-1 from sodium pentanoate as a co-substrate of palm oil in MS medium at 37 °C. The co-substrate concentration was varied and the total amount of both carbon sources was fixed at 1%. Data are presented as mean ± SD and are significantly different as determined via Tukey's HSD post hoc analysis, with P < 0.05 indicating significance.
