Effect of EA extract on cell morphology of MDA-MB-231, MDA-MB-436 and MCF 10A. We note that treatment for 48 h with 100 and 200 μl/ml of EA extract inhibits cell proliferation and induces death in both cell lines, in comparison with untreated (control) which show no cytotoxic effect and display a healthy fibroblast-like phenotype cell.
