Segmentation of Jurkat T-cells at medium seeding density in SYTO 24 fluorescence, DPC, and FPM modalities. The fluorescence and DPC images show regions with segmentation overlay from Columbus whereas the FPM image shows the overlay from the QPI segmentation. Note that nuclei are detected in the fluorescence channel, while slightly larger objects, i.e. cells, are detected in the DPC and FPM channels.
