TRPM2-AS facilitates osteosarcoma cell proliferation and migration through the inhibition of miR-15b-5p. (a) CCK-8 assay was performed to detect OS cell viability at 0, 24, 48, and 72 h. (b) BrdU assay was used to detect cell proliferation. Statistical data were obtained by normalizing the original OD value in each group to its corresponding value in the blank group.
