The GES-1 and RGM-1 cells were seeded on cover slip in 6-well cell culture plates. The cells were then fixed by 4% PFA at RT for 1 h. After blocking with 3% BSA, the anti-FGFR (1:1000) were added and incubated for 2 h at RT. After washing, fluorescent labeled secondary antibodies were added and incubated for 2 h, and then the cell samples were observed by CLSM. Asterisks indicate significant differences (P < 0.05).
