Tofacitinib inhibited DTH responses. DTH responses to allo-antigens were measured by an ear swelling assay. Naive SD rats were regarded as negative controls and rats subcutaneously immunized on day 0 were regarded as positive controls. On postoperative day 14, SD rats were challenged with mitomycin C-treated spleen cells. Ear thickness was measured after 24 and 48 hours (n = 5 in each group).
