Structural bone parameters were not affected by a 4-week treatment with JWH133 in aged mice. (A) Bone volume per tissue volume (BV/TV) was similar between WT and p62 KO mice and showed no effect of treatment. (B) Trabecular number (Tb.N) was comparable between genotypes and treatment. (C) Trabecular spacing (Tb.Sp) showed no difference between genotype or treatment. (D) Trabecular thickness (Tb.Th) was comparable for genotype and treatment. (E) Osteoid volume per bone volume (OV/BV) was similar in p62 KO and WT mice and not influenced by the treatment with JWH133. Data were analyzed by using ordinary two-way ANOVA.
