(B) Bioluminescence imaging was used to observe the photons of mouse abdominal cavity tumors reflecting the tumor size, to evaluate the therapeutic effects of SP and NK92 cells on abdominal tumor-bearing mice, as well as the statistical results of the photon levels. The left side shows the experimental results of the wild-type strain MIA PaCa-2 tumor-bearing mice, and the right side shows the experimental results of the PD-L1highMP tumor-bearing mice stably transfected with the PD-L1 gene.
