Changes in α-galactosidase activity in germinating seeds of O. minor treated with 1 mg l−1rac-GR24. α-Galactosidase activity in the crude enzyme fraction prepared at different time points during germination was measured at pH 5.0 or 7.0 using p-nitrophenyl-α-d-galactopyranoside (1.0 mM) as a substrate.
