The right part of the graph includes the percentage of fully vaccinated persons (%), with the * dashed line starting with the first vaccine uptake country (United States, December 13, 2020, followed, in order, by Israel = December. 19, 2020; United Kingdom = December. 20, 2020, Austria = December. 27, 2020; Italy = December. 27, 2020; Brazil = January 16, 2021; Malta = January 24, 2021). We end in mid-December, considering most cases before the Omicron variant becomes the most cases. Before February 2021, most countries had not started to mass vaccinate and were amidst the 2020 winter lockdowns; therefore, we considered the vaccination trajectory after February 2021.
