(C) Tumor infiltration of the nerve root was observed intraoperatively, and (D) a lateral mass prosthesis was implanted following tumor resection. Postoperative lateral cervical radiograph (E) and sagittal computed tomography scan images of the reconstruction (F) show that the prosthesis was well positioned and that it was highly matched with the surrounding structures.
