Iso reduces the excessive expression of proinflammatory cytokines induced by CS. (A–C) The levels of IL-6, MCP-1 and RANTES in BALF were measured (n = 5 mice per group). (D) The protein expression level of COX-2 in lung tissues was analyzed using Western blotting (n = 3 mice per group). (E) The band intensity of COX-2 was semiquantified using ImageJ. GAPDH was used as the internal reference. Data was shown as mean (±SD) (A–C–E).
