The general health check indicated that there are no differences among each group [ps > 0.050], except bald patch [χ2 (5) = 13.168, p = 0.022]. A post hoc analysis revealed that App-KI mice showed fewer bald patch than WT control [p = 0.001]. The neurological reflexes of all groups showed similar performances [ps > 0.050].
