Effect of an intestinal flora imbalance on liver drug enzymes and P-gp mRNA expression in the terminal ileum. Antibiotics were used to intervene the intestinal flora of rats for 3 and 7 days, respectively. RT-PCR was used to detect the level of mRNA expression of PXR and P-gp (A) in the ileum, and CYP1A2 and PXR (B) in the liver. ***p < 0.0001; **p < 0.005; *p < 0.05.
