PROPr is a preference-based utility score for health states defined by 7 PROMIS domains (depression, fatigue, pain interference, physical function, sleep disturbance, ability to participate in social activities, and cognitive function). It ranges from −0.022 to 1.0 where <0 is worse than dead and 1.0 is perfect health. In a general U.S. population, the distribution of PROPr is nearly a normal distribution.
