Downstream signaling is downregulated in the transfectants of MET mutants in which the N‐glycans of the SEMA domain were deleted and upregulated in the transfectants of MET mutants in which the N‐glycans of the region other than the SEMA domain were deleted. A‐C, Wild‐type and mutated MET–transfected Flp‐In CHO‐METKO were serum starved for 16 h and stimulated with 50 ng/mL of hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) at 37°C for indicated time.
