Effects of miR-338-3p on osteosarcoma cellular proliferation, invasion and migration. (A) qRT-PCR assay was applied to measure the expression level of miR-338-3p expression with miR-338-3p mimics or miR-338-3p inhibitors in osteosarcoma cells. (B, C) The proliferative ability MNNG/HOS and MG-63 cell was investigated via cell viability and colony formation with miR-338-3p mimics or miR-338-3p inhibitors in osteosarcoma cells.
