Genes putatively involved in DNA rearrangements (recombination, transposition, etc.) are colored and their orthologs in different regions are shown with the same color. Coding sequences with no gene name are hypothetical, conserved hypothetical, or pseudogenes. Gene length is proportional to the gene size.
