Apoptosis and autophagy were triggered by resveratrol in SGC7901 cells in dose‐dependent manner. (A) Annexin V/PI staining and flow cytometry were used to assess cellular apoptosis after treatment with different concentrations of resveratrol for 24 h. (B) Levels of apoptosis‐ and necrosis‐associated proteins, as determined by Western blot analysis. (C) Levels of autophagy‐related proteins, as determined by Western blot analysis.
