This pattern for cognition-related traits is reversed for unipolar depression. (B) LOESS regression models show that between the Mesolithic and Neolithic, and the post-Neolithic and modern era large changes in PRS can be seen, whereas the difference between Neolithic and post-Neolithic is much smaller. (C) t-tests also show that the changes observed are significantly different to a much larger extent between the pre-Neolithic and Neolithic and between the post-Neolithic and Modern era.
