IHC for lipid peroxidation in livers of HFD-fed male and female Klf9^−/− mice. IHC of 4-hydroxynonenal (4HNE) in livers of HFD-fed male and female WT and Klf9^−/− mice (n = 4–5/sex/genotype) was performed (one representative section of an animal of each sex and genotype is shown in upper panels).
