Gene ontology (GO) analysis of proteins identified in ectosomes derived from normal thyroid follicular epithelial Nthy-ori 3-1 cells and thyroid anaplastic carcinoma 8305C cells performed with the use of FunRich 2.0 software with UniProt database (release April 2021) as a reference. For the GO term “cellular compartment”, 10 categories with the highest statistical significance of protein enrichment within the specific category (p < 0.001) are presented as graphs. Complete results of GO analysis are provided in Supplementary Data S2.
