Hub DE-miRNAs were validated by performing quantitative RT-PCR. The relative expression levels of (A) 3 up regulated miRNAs (miR-4326, miR-200c-3p, and miR-122-5p) and (B) 3 down regulated miRNAs (miR-615-3p, miR-181a-2-3p, and miR-143-3p) in EVs from fibroblast with IPF and healthy, were determinated by qRT-PCR.
