Cell viability of 12 patient-derived glioblastoma cell lines treated with TMZ (A), RT (B) or TMZ + RT (C). Cell lines were treated with a clinically relevant dose of TMZ (35 µM) and/or RT (2 Gy), grown as adherent cultures for 7 days before being assessed for cell viability with an MTT assay.
