Quantification of cytokines in skin extracts. The levels of IL-1β (A), TNF-α (B), IL-1α (C), and IL-7 (D) were measured in samples collected from six donors at different time points. Each sample was measured in duplicate. The values for the different groups were normalized to the respective sample total protein and reported as cumulative amount of analyte versus time.
