Density gradient distribution of Long Interspersed Element-1 (LINE-1) mRNA and ORF1p in human plasma extracellular vesicles (EVs). Plasma EVs from ostensibly healthy subjects were isolated by ultracentrifugation and subjected to iodixanol buoyant density gradient ultracentrifugation.
