Rutin promoted PANC-1 cell apoptosis. (A) TUNEL assay revealed that rutin could promote PANC-1 cells apoptosis after rutin administration for 48 h. (B) Flow cytometric analysis also showed that PANC-1 cells apoptosis was enhanced by rutin administration for 48 h.
