The mRNA expression levels of inflammatory cytokines and intestinal receptor proteins. The TNF-α (A), COX-2 (B), MCP-1 (C), TLR-4 (D), Occludin (E), ZO-1 (F) expression in colon tissues were measured by RT-PCR. All values represent the means ± SD (n = 8) and the differences among groups were analyzed by one-way ANOVA (Tukey’s Multiple Comparison Test).
