Extracellular levels of soluble TNFRSF in vivo in healthy normal breast tissue of premenopausal women and postmenopausal women with different breast densities. A total of 59 women underwent microdialysis of their left breast; 40 postmenopausal healthy volunteer women, attending the regular mammography-screening program categorized as either having dense (n = 20, blue boxes) or nondense breasts (n = 20, clear boxes) and 19 premenopausal women (red boxes). Proteins were quantified using proximity extension assay. Data represents extracellular local protein abundance in linear values (2^NPX as described in the Methods section). A significant Kruskal-Wallis was followed by Mann Whitney U-test.
