(C) SGN-CD70A inhibits cell proliferation in CTCL and T-cell leukemia cell lines. Cells were incubated with PBS, IgG control, or SGN-CD70A for 48 hours before the cell viability was examined. Data were presented as mean ± SEM from 3 independent experiments. (D) SGN-CD70A induces apoptosis in Hut78 and H9 cells.
