In all six panels, the same ordination is visualized only with projected centroids of levels of different selected traits. NMDS was performed on the distance matrix used in the main model (see Methods), with three axes (only the first two are visualized) and with stress 0.175 [using the package vegan (ver. 2.5-6; Oksanen et al., 2018)].
