L-F001 affects the levels of lipid peroxidation-related protein proteins in HT22 cells. HT22 cells were treated with 0.1 μM RSL3 alone, and then added L-F001 (1–10 μM) at 37°C for 24 h. (A) The levels of COX-2, GCLM, and GPX4 were measured by Western blot, and the amount of COX-2, GCLM, and GPX4 were estimated by densitometric analysis of each protein band (n = 3). (B,C) Cells were immunofluorescence stained with anti-COX-2 and GPX4 antibodies.
