a~c. 术前双足外观(正面、侧面、足底);d、e. 术前双足正侧位X线片示左足第1~5趾骨及跖骨较右足粗大,周围软组织肥厚;f. 左足第2跖骨榫卯形截骨端;g. 对合骨折端、3枚克氏针交叉固定;h. 复位骨膜,背侧“8”字形缝线固定;i. 术后即刻患足外观;j、k. 术后1个月患足正斜位X线片示截骨端临床愈合;l~n. 术后18个月双足外观(正面、侧面、足底);o、p. 术后18个月双足正侧位X线片示左足第2跖骨愈合,形态良好

Preoperative anteroposterior and lateral X-ray films of both feet, showed that the first to fifth phalanges and metatarsals of the left foot were thicker than those of the right foot, and the surrounding soft tissue was hypertrophic; f. Mortise and tenon shortening osteotomy end of the 2nd metatarsal bone of the left foot; g. Reducted fracture was cross-fixed with 3 Kirschner-wires; h. Covered the fracture with periosteum and fixed with dorsal “8”-shaped sutures; i. Immediate postoperative image of the left foot; j, k. Anteroposterior and oblique X-ray films of left foot at 1 month after operation showed the clinical healing of fractures; l-n. Appearance of both feet (frontal, lateral, and plantar views) at 18 months after operation; o, p. Anteroposterior and lateral X-ray films of both feet at 18 months after operation, showed that the second metatarsal bone of the left foot healed and the shape was good
