Cells expressing mGFP-tagged Ivy1 and treated with fluorescent α-factor were imaged for 12 min. The video shows 3D renderings (maximum-intensity projection mode in Imaris) of a deconvolved 3D time-lapse stack (see Materials and methods for details). The video was recorded by 8 frames/s, the original images were taken at 30-s time intervals.
