Effects of HSP27 knockdown on UVB-induced skin pathological changes in mice. (A) HSP27 mRNA level was detected by using RT-qPCR after HSP27 gene knockdown, quantified by using GAPDH as a reference. All the results were expressed as mean ± SD, and the experiment was repeated at least three times (*p < 0.05, **p < 0.01, ***p < 0.005).
