Fig. 1 — Overview of the DOPAMAP data. The DOPAMAP collection contains high-resolution microscopic images of immunohistochemically stained sections. The datasets span two genotypes (Drd1a- and Drd2-EGFP, shown in red and blue, respectively), both sexes and five age groups (from P17 to P70), combined in a total of 20 datasets, illustrated with genotypes and number of subjects indicated for each age group. All the data have been spatially registered to the Allen Mouse brain Common Coordinate Framework. The top right panel shows example microscopic images from the different age groups with atlas overlay shown on the right hemisphere.
