Identification of the injected nuclei by utilizing the transgene
Accumulation of LacR-mCherry onto the transgene site of donor nuclei marks the injected nuclei after NT-ETR (red dots; white arrows). The comparison between 2 h and 24 h after NT-ETR clearly shows the swelling of donor nuclei in the arrested mouse 4-cell embryos, finally resembling the morphology of embryonic nuclei.
