RNA injection into fertilized eggs using the Eppendorf Femtojet 4i system

(A) A Femtotip (left) and micro tips (right, Eppendorf) to load mRNA or siRNA solution to Femtotips.

(B) The process of loading solution to Femtotip using a micro loader tip (steps 1 and 2) and the Femtotip loaded with 2 μL of solution is connected to Eppendorf Femtojet 4i injector (step 3).
