INS-1E (A–D) and EndoC-βH1 cells (E–H) were treated with either 250 μM C16:0, 250 μM C18:1, 250 μM C19:0, 250 μM C16:0 + 250 μM C18:1, or 5 μg/ml Tunicamycin for 6 h,16 h or 18 h.
