Chest radiograph of patient 3 on admission demonstrates predominantly nodular with some air space opacities bilaterally (Panel A). Some nodules coalesce to form a larger patch of consolidation at the left midzone. No cavity, air-fluid level, effusion or enlarged hilar node is seen.
