Implanted sensors can provide real-time information regarding complex biomarkers like glucose levels, while wearables can provide information on everyday fluctuations of health markers, such as body temperature and heart rate. This information could then be included in an extensive HER. Telemedicine services could then provide a patient with the appropriate advice based on the aforementioned information.
