Data are expressed as the average inhibitory concentration (IC50) and selectivity index (SI) of three repetitions with standard error of the mean (SEM). The selectivity is considered as strongly selective, when SI value is higher than 6, moderately selective when 6 > SI > 3, slightly selective when 3 > SI > 1 and non-selective if SI is less than 1. The statistical differences between compounds were calculated by one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) and Duncan’s post hoc test (p ˂ 0.05), where the significances were denoted by different letters (a–h).
