Fungal soft tissue was noted in the MRI in the infraorbital fissure. (b) Post localized orbital clearance and amphotericin B instillation, his signs and symptoms improved (1-month post-surgery). (c) Transconjunctival inferior orbitotomy was done, elevating the periorbita to reach the inferior orbital fissure region.
