64-year old female patient with diffuse cutaneous involvement, RP, pulmonary involvement. Disease duration: 14 years. ANA titer 1:320, AC-5. The patient has received therapy with cyclophosphamide and corticosteroids in the last 6 months. The patient has received vasodilators, anti-platelet drug, and D-penicillamin in the last 6 months. Capillaroscopic examination revealed normal pattern. |
