Chemically selective 2D imaging of a cellulose acetate film. A figurine is printed on the film with black ink to generate contrast. If tuned to the resonance of C–H stretching modes, cellulose acetate becomes less transparent, decreasing the contrast between the clear and inked areas of the film. Exposure time: 1 ms.
