The vertical dotted line indicates the threshold of 30% neutralization; the horizontal dotted line indicates the threshold of 100 U/mL for the anti-RBD antibody. The Spearman correlation coefficient between the percentage of neutralization and the anti-RBD is 0.93, and it is statistically significant at P < .001.
