A 96-well plate was coated with complete M. mipartitus venom and serum from bleeding five was used in dilutions from 1:100 to 1:3200. (B): Titration curve of each IgG by ELISA. A 96-well plate was coated with each immunogen (M. mipartitus whole venom, Mm8 and Mm20), and dilutions of each homologous IgG were added at 1:100 to 1:3200 dilutions. Bound antibodies were detected by a peroxidase-labeled anti-rabbit IgG conjugate. Each point represents the mean + SD (n = 2).
